Playground Renovation

Yoo hoo hello there....Welcome to Lennox's Wonderland!
Our playground that we have had for several years was badly in need of a renovation.  We started by removing the cracked tube slide, all the plastic accents and accessories and power washing the entire structure.  My husband purchased a cedar wood board to close off where the entrance to the tube slide was to create a reading nook.
With a quick trip to Home Depot, we used our paint sprayer to apply Behr Semi-Transparent Waterproofing Stain & Sealer in Drift Gray to all the wood.  For our size playhouse, it took approximately 1 and half gallons.
Rust-Oleum Satin Blossom White spray paint made all of the trim work and dutch door pop!  Little accents of Rust-Oleum Sweet Pea pink spray paint were used on the dutch door and rock wall to add that feminine touch.

Little touches like the farmhouse lights (which have the puck light trick from @nestingwithgrace), the flower basket on the door, the window box, pillows and curtains made it seem so magical.  But the MOST magical element of all were these signs from Design and Unwind on Etsy.  After seeing Melissa's playhouse from @amagicalmess, I worked with Jenny @designandunwind to create our own Disneyland inspired signs to adorn our whimsical playhouse.

Throw in the comfiest hammock chair and two Adirondack chairs and my children can't wait to be outside!

Pure Magic!!!
